I recommend a trading time of between 7.05am and 8.55am. This means that you’ll miss any wild moves that can happen as the market reopens at 7am, and – again – we avoid being caught by further volatility at 9am.
When you experience the profits on a Friday, you’ll want to trade MMM every day! The reason I’ve focused in on Friday trading is because the performance outstrips any other day of the week – by a large margin.
If you don’t close your trade on the Friday evening, you’ll be charged an ‘overnighting’ fee by the broker. You’ll get charged another fee on the Saturday night, the Sunday night ... and any other further nights that the trade is open for (note that after markets close on Friday, you won’t get another opportunity to close the trade until Sunday evening). These costs will quickly add up and eat into our profitability. I recommend setting a weekly alarm on your phone to remind you to do this on a Friday evening – it only takes a few minutes.
Absolutely. I choose to trade with Trade Nation because their costs are low, and they apply their overnighting charges at a time that means I can avoid paying them! I also find them to be reliable and easy-to-use. However, if you prefer to use another broker – that’s fine. But do be aware of what costs you are paying, as this can mount up. Many brokers apply their rolling charges at 4pm, rather than 9pm, as Trade Nation do.
There are a few key differences between spread-bet and CFD accounts ...
Spread-bet accounts trade in £s, which makes risk/reward easy to calculate. And their profits are tax-free for retail traders (in the UK).
CFD (contracts for difference) accounts, however, will trade in lots (which can be tricky to calculate), and your profits may be subject to tax.
I always use spread betting for my MMM trading, and I will assume that you do too. However, if you prefer to use a CFD account, that's fine too.
Trading methods don’t automatically translate across markets. I have tested Money-Making Machine on other instruments, but would not recommend live trading without extensive trials. Bear in mind that other instruments may have higher margin requirements which will impact on the stakes we’re able to use, and have a knock-on impact on our profitability.
Because all members will be placing trades at slightly different times, we’ll all be entering the markets at different prices. And our stop levels and profit targets won’t be identical.
This isn’t a bad thing (if our stops were all identical, this can lead to stop hunting). But it does mean that occasionally we’ll get different results. Sometimes, one of your trades might win, while mine will have narrowly missed out … and sometimes the reverse will be true. In the medium-to-long term, this should even out and our overall results will be very similar.
However, if you’re worried about any of your trades, it’s fine to drop me a line to ensure you’re on the right track.
Not at all. You can dip in and out of MMM on days that suit you. Just make sure you don’t forget to check back at the end of each day to close out that trade.
The daily signal I apply for Money-Making Machine is very easy to calculate yourself, and I know that many clients prefer to be hands-on with their trading, and to take control of this.
For that reason, once you’re feeling confident and have been using the system for a few weeks, just get in touch and I will send you the details you need to work out the code for yourself. I only ask that you treat this information with the strictest confidence.
MMM is a leveraged trading method, with an aggressive approach to making our money work hard. That's how we're able to achieve the incredible growth we enjoy.
The flip side to this is that our returns can be volatile. And, volatile returns are the one thing that doesn't sit comfortably with compound investing.
For that reason, I don't recommend that you use standard compounding (steadily increasing your stake sizes each week as your bank grows). Instead, I've developed a specialized compounding method that gives us some shock-absorption along the way.
Once you've been using MMM for a few weeks, I'll send you my report about this compounding method.
The obvious benefit to your MMM subscription is that you’ll have full access to the members’ area, where you can check the weekly signals. Plus, you’ll be able to use the staking calculators and other online resources.
Other benefits are that you’ll get free access to any future upgrades and improvements to the service, plus you get unlimited email support.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of the system, please email me at support@moneymakingmachine.co.uk and I will be on hand to help.
If you have any queries about your membership, then I’m confident customer services will be able to help you on support@thamespublishing.co.uk
